Step 1: Boil the rice
Cook an equivalent of two to three tablespoon of rice for 2 minutes. When boiled, separate the rice from the water where it was cooked. While we will be using the rice for the mask, store the water for later use.
Now prepare the rice along with the other two ingredients, which are the honey and milk and proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Create a mixture
Combine one tablespoon of honey, and two to three tablespoon of milk in the rice. Mix and mash to form a paste. You may gradually add a tablespoon of milk to make the paste smoother.
Keep mixing until it becomes finer. It should look like this.
Step 3: Apply to the face
The last and final step is applying the mixture to your face. Before you do, please make sure your face is clean, dry, and free of any moisture.
When applying, gently rub it to your face for two minutes. Layer the mixture on your face to make sure it is entirely covered, and your skin is absorbing all the nutrients from it. Then let it dry for approximately 30 minutes to one hour. When dried, wash and rinse it using the rice water. Pat your skin dry with a clean cloth.
